Guarantee Policy
The manufacturer guarantees its equipment against defects
in material or workmanship except for misuse, abuse, tampering, accident, or
mishandling from date of purchase by dealer. The guarantee applies only to shop
or salon originally purchasing from authorized Julius Pleaser's Palace Dealer.
Claims should be made through the Julius Pleaser's Palace Dealer from whom the
equipment was purchased.
1. Hydraulic Base, Electric Base, and Reclining
Mechanism

5 years free replacement parts on hydraulic bases and
reclining mechanisms. |

3 years free replacement parts on electric bases and
components. |

After 1 year, charge for freight (to and from). |

After 5 years, charge for parts, freight (both to and
from) and labor on hydraulic bases and reclining mechanisms. |

After 3 years, charge for parts, freight (both to and
from) and labor on electric bases and components. |
2. Upholstered Parts and Metal Parts

1 year free replacement parts for normal use. |
|
After 1 year, charge for parts and freight (both to and
from). |

The upholstery manufacturers cannot guarantee against
color fade, stain, or change in appearance of materials and Julius Pleaser's
Palace cannot guarantee stock vinyls against these causes. |
|
For protection of said causes, Julius Pleaser's Palace
recommends the use of plastic chair covers. |
|
Julius Pleaser's Palace has no control over availability
of color matching qualities of upholstery materials and other products, as
manufacturers of these products frequently discontinue or add colors and we
are governed by the stocks which are available. |
Limited Warranty
|
Ikea warrants its products to be made of first-class
material, free from defects in material of workmanship under normal use and to
perform the service for which they are intended in a thoroughly reliable and
efficient manner when properly installed and serviced, for a period of 3 years
from date of purchase. During this period, Ikea Products will, at its
option, repair or replace any part or parts which prove to be thus defective
if returned to Ikea. If such products are proved defective, Ikea will
allow transportation costs. This shall be the sole remedy available
under this warranty, no claims will be allowed for labor, or other incidental
costs. |
